Policy on Child Labour
The company strictly complies with the Labor Law of the People's Republic of China and strictly prohibits the employment of minors under the age of 16. The company will strictly verify the original ID cards of employees upon entry to confirm that their age meets the statutory employment standards.
Policy on Hours of Labour
The company implements a standard working hour system: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week (Monday to Friday), with working hours from 9:00 to 18:00 (including 1 hour lunch break) every day.
Overtime work required due to foreign trade business (such as customer communication and order follow-up) shall be applied to the department supervisor in advance and can only be carried out with approval; the monthly overtime hours shall not exceed 36 hours, and the company will pay overtime wages in accordance with regulations.

For positions involving mechanical parts such as foreign trade procurement and warehouse handling, the company will provide necessary protective equipment (gloves, masks, goggles, etc.) and organize safety operation training. In the process of production assistance (such as parts warehousing and sample sorting) and office operation (such as paper use, water and electricity consumption, and garbage disposal), the company strictly complies with national environmental protection laws and regulations and practices the concept of green office.
